Three steps, one WA lab
Calibration is bench work in our lab — we do not travel to regional sites. What we do is make the freight loop simple and keep your certificate trail complete.
Pack and send
Instruments in their cases, a packing list inside, couriered or air-freighted to our Caversham lab. We confirm receipt the day they arrive.
We calibrate
Each instrument is calibrated against reference standards traceable to national standards under our ISO 9001 certified quality management system.
Certificates first, then the box
Certificates are emailed the moment calibration is complete, so your records are current before the instruments start the return leg.

Where we do — and do not — travel
Test & tag is our on-site service, and it is an everyday round across the Perth metro area. In the Peel and South West regions — Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton — we run rounds by arrangement for sites with enough equipment to justify the trip. Further afield we supply calibration only.

- Send each instrument in its own case, inside a rigid outer box with padding.
- Include a packing list with asset numbers and your contact details.
- Send probes, leads, setting standards and field calibrators with their instruments so the pair is calibrated together.
- Tell us your deadline when you book — we confirm the turnaround in writing before you send anything.
